So, this might sound really backwards to a lot of you. Most of you out there are trying to finish up your WIPs (works in progress), cutting down on all of those unfinished projects, and turning them all into finishes.
Well not me!
I now declare:
Whenever I quilt, I sit down, start a project and work on only that project until completion. Whenever it is ready for binding is when I allow myself to start a new project. There is always so much to do on my sewing list, and this has always worked well. However, I am so tempted by so many new projects, fabrics, deadlines, patterns that I kinda just want to start them all. And in my rebellious way, I am going to just start them all and work on what I want, when I want. Crazy, huh?
My lists of what needs to get done will change, and in this new way of thinking, I’m not really going to be keeping a list, just going to go with it!
Each month, I will have a year of the WIP post, just to be sure that I am still working on lots of stuff. It will be along the lines of WIP Wednesday that so many of you see. I don’t think that I would do very well with a weekly account, but monthly I could do!
I will start of January with:
Lucky Penny Quilt
Art Student Tote
Madrona Road Challenge Quilt
