Scattered Triangles:: A New Quilt

I finally finished my Scattered Triangles quilt!  When I sat down to design, I had full intentions of creating a new pattern for all of you.

I drew it out, came up with how big I wanted all of the triangles to be, and then stopped there.  I wanted the finished blocks to be 12 inches (the standard) but as I started creating, I realized I wanted more randomness to where the triangles would fall.  So, I stopped with the pattern writing and went with a more improve approach.
With the sharpness of all of the triangles, I wanted soft quilting.  I thought pebbles would do the trick.  To add a little something else, I made random squiggles in some of the gray, connecting some triangles and wavy line quilting inside the squiggles.

The top and bottom borders just have a little group of triangles and some wavy quilting on them.
